Hi, anyone know if there is a way of automating this manual task Remove a schedule entry for a campaign or campaign sequence - Genesys Cloud Resource Center (mypurecloud.com) via an API call?
We've found that Genesys Cloud has a max limit of 1000 schedule entry records which can exist for an Org, so are having to regularly manually remove old/historic schedule entries to keep within the limit.
The DELETE api/v2/outbound/schedules/campaigns/{campaignid} would only be good for removing the entire campaign record. Can't find anything which just removes schedule entries for a campaign say within a date range.
