  • 1.  Remove visibility of private keys

    I opened an Ideas case regarding concerns over Private Key visibility in the CX Salesforce Integration. Admin feedback from that Ideas case stated that documentation would be updated to include directions on configuring the new Aura component that allows Voice Transcription to be set up without displaying the private key in plain text.

    "The details for how to perform this task are being added to https://help.mypurecloud.com/articles/configure-genesys-cloud-cx-voice-transcript-component/. This will be completed by the end of this week, 8/8/2025."

    As of today, I'm not seeing any updates to this documentation that includes this information. When can we expect this to be released?

    Hey Michael,

    I spoke with our team internally. The change to the documentation has been queued up and should be posted soon. There should be an updated admin response on the Idea in the Product Ideas Lab later today.
