We have not had recent updates and this was noticed yesterday so have not opened an incident with Genesys. I think we assumed it might be because of releases for this week. Sometimes that causes some issues randomly.

I had a look into it and this has already been raised. A fix is due to go out in the next few days.  I will provide a further update once it has been confirmed.

It was rolled out to all regions, but I have just seen that the fix was rolled back due to a different issue.  The fix for this issue should now be rolled back out again this weekend.
