    Hi

    I understand within Inbound call flow, at menu selection, if the caller did not make any selection, the system will repeat the menu options again after x seconds. is there anyway to add an audio prompt say "Sorry, we have not received any selection from you" before it repeat the menu. Is that possible? if yes, how?

    As far as I know there is no feature for that.
    Unless you build it in a task.
    So the easiest way is probably to have x sec on silence on the prompt and then say "Sorry, we have not received any selection from you".
