I tried to search if anyone else ran into this but maybe not.
We have setup our first domain with Purecloud for email purposes.
We don't want to update MX records as the customers will still have individual email addresses. We are just forwarding email to a
account@customer.mypurecloud.com account. We've changed the From Email Address field to use
account@customersdomain.com.
While testing this I noticed Outlook adds a warning message "We could not verify the identity of the sender"
