Genesys Cloud - Main

I am not seeing any creation or custom options.  I am wanting to list Users and the Roles assigned to (all) Users.  This is for the Security ISSO Team.

Hi Tim

Yes this is correct.  Please see steps below to get this information.

1. Access the Agent Performance Workspace under analytics workspace.
2. Click on the + icon on the right hand side of the screen to add a column and search for role.  Select role and click save
   
   3. Click on the export icon where you can then setup a schedule to export this either on a regular basis, or you can just run it once when required.

There might be a limit on the number of user that you can run this on at a time, so depending on the number of users in the org, you might need to move the the next page should the limit exceed the allowed number of users per export.

FYI - Role Export depreciated.  including PDF CSV

I searched our Genesys Cloud Resource Center and found the following article, Genesys Cloud – Deprecation: Export Media Types and Role real-time columns data into .csv files,

Based on this article from 2021, it is expected that the Role column would not be available in an export.
