The Genesys API's are fantastic to work with yes there is additional work to be done, we have our own custom evaluation reporting and dashboard application that does all you are talking about as well as:
- Queue, Agent, Agent score drill down
- Drill down to Agent Score under 90% with Interaction ID's
- Evaluating the Evaluator
- Evaluating the Queue
- Real time Evaluation dashboarding
