Good Morning, Community.

I have a question. To date, our client has a solution that allows him to generate reports every 15 minutes. In purecloud, as far as you can, you can only generate them every 30 minutes (minimum). Is there any way to configure purecloud so that, either, access the reports in real time or generate historical data with intervals of 15 minutes?

If you want to refresh the data that often, you should be using the Performance Views instead of Reports, I think.
