    Hi,

    Does anyone know if there is a way to view or export a list of all agents and their associated skills?
    #Handlers
    #Reporting/Analytics
    #SystemAdministration

    Under Performance>Agents you can add the Skills column to see all ACD Skills and Language Skills assigned to the users:

    I removed most other columns to stretch Skills to the maximum width and make it easier to read.

    Unfortunately the export does not include the Skills to make it easy for you to create a report.

    I did figure out that you can use Performance>Queues Activity and drill down to a specific queue, click on the Agents tab, and export that data. That CSV does include the Skills assigned to the agents who are members of the queue (active and inactive in the queue).

    So, technically, if you want one export with all agents, you could create a queue that you don't use for routing and put all agents into it, then run the export on that queue's view...
