  • 1.  Reporting on evaluations that have been assigned to an agent but not yet reviewed by agent

    I am attempting to get some reporting around evaluations. I am able to see evaluations that are assigned to a evaluator, but unable to determine which of them have been evaluated and assigned for agent review and which ones have been reviewed by the agent already. Does the Status of the evaluation differ between the scenarios?

    I'm also interested in how to view evaluations that are assigned to an evaluator but not yet completed.

    I don't know if this is the best way. I am able to see evaluations by going to Quality Admin, then search for the name of the Evaluator. This area shows how many have been completed within a timeframe and how many are assigned. The evaluator's name is clickable which goes to a page showing their assigned and completed evaluations.
