    Hi- Is there a way to view list of users by skills? We have a skill that is required for taking payment and for audit purposes we must ensure that they do not have access to be able to provide refunds so it would be extremely helpful to search by skill and see the list of users that have that skill to be able to cross reference rather than checking each user individually?

    Today, there isn't a view, report, or export that has this information.

    You can use API Genesys to export this information: https://developer.dev-genesys.cloud/devapps/api-explorer#get-api-v2-routing-skillgroups--skillGroupId--members-divisions.

    Hi, Alison.  There is currently a request in the Product Ideas Lab for this functionality that has 62 votes and has been designated as a Future Consideration.  Appears that it could be released this year!

    "Future Consideration" and "released this year" don't usually go together. I wouldn't hold your breath.... (See various posts about the Ideas site and Genesys' use of it.)
