    Is there any way to run a performance report that shows how many calls were answered within 30 and 60 seconds for the month.

    Hello Navjot,

    There isn't currently a report that would do this, but there is an idea Views: Queue Performance View Insights Phase II - Answer, Handle, Talk, Hold, ACW on the Genesys Cloud Product Ideas Lab.
