I am looking to create my own reports using APIs like support tells me to since they don't have the answers I need. "
either integrate an analytics applications or utilize the API tools to pull the raw data metrics and build their own reports by leveraging their internal web developers."They don't tell me HOW to use APIs or where to get them. I don't have an internal web developer - just me. Can anyone give me directions on obtaining and using APIs for reporting in PureCloud?
I am looking to expand the interaction detail report to show all the information that we can view on the interaction page.
I want AGENT, DATE/TIME, DURATION, QUEUE, DIRECTION, WRAP-UP, TOTAL ALERT, TOTAL TALK, TOTAL HOLD, TOTAL ACW
I need to report to my uppers how long someone talked to a customer, how long they were on hold and how long their ACW took. Current interaction reports do not break this down.
