    Hi there,

    It would be great if the reports page could have folders or some kind of sorting layers so we could find reports easier.

    some suggested folders would be around, agent reports, EOM reports, etc.etc customizable labels ideally.

    Thanks for the input, Jason. Are you talking about folders you could create once you configure the report? Or during the report selection ("I want to configure a new report") a more easy to understand hierarchy or ordering or the reports available for you to choose?
