    Hello Guys,

    I have a question, regarding the reports when i try to download reports the login and logout time of few employees are completely different.


    why this is happening how to fix this ? and the business hours are from 8am to 11 Pm how is it showing 3.13 A.M

    Any suggestions would be highly appreciated.

    Couple of thoughts - Does the documentation help explain what may be happening in terms of the logic we use?  https://help.mypurecloud.com/articles/agent-login-logout-details-report.   Are you running the report in the same timezone that your agent is in?
