Good Day! Hope all is well. With regard to the timezone on the report, it is actually built as designed as the default timezone will be America/Indiana/Indianapolis (-4). You may submit a Feature/Enhancement request with regard to this but it is not guaranteed that it will be approved. We have thousands of customers globally and we design it in one timezone as default and it is for the customer's to choose the appropriate timezone for their reports.
Well I think PureCloud should be able to select the timezone automatically in the drop down based on current user/organization's selected region in the login screen or based on location of organization.
Any thoughts?

Hello Genesys world,
While creating a new report or editing an existing one, by default below time zone is selected.
While login, we select our region as EMEA and based on our organization settings, this default time zone should appear as Asia/Dubai (+4).
Can we configure it somewhere to save the customer needing to select this manually every time they create or modify a report?
