Hi everyone,
We're looking for a way to gain access to an account to build integrations for Genesys call centre users. Currently, we're unable to onboard for a free trial, sandbox, or even a paid account without waiting for a call from the sales team.
I'm wondering how we can better support our Genesys clients who want to set up OAuth integrations. An account is needed for testing before anything goes live.
