If you feel you need additional guidance, consider using the instructor‑led training, as it can be more effective than just working through an eBook.

    A good starting point is to review the Architect exam content categories, as they give a clear picture of what is covered in the exam and help you focus your study time. The main topics include:

    • Architect Basics

    • Inbound Call Flow

    • Prompts

    • Operating Schedules

    • Variables and Expressions

    • Data Tables

    • Data Actions Integration

    • Voice-Based Flows

    • Inbound Digital Flows

    • Post-Interaction Flows

    • Flow Performance

    • CC Admin Basics

    • Implementation Basics

    My recommendation is to combine theory with hands-on practice in Architect, especially around inbound flows, data actions, variables, and routing logic. Reviewing real use cases and testing flows in a sandbox environment helps a lot.

    In addition, if you do not yet long experience with Architect, focusing on architect flows and functions available per type of flows, the exam normally test the knowledge about the solution in complex scenarios.
    Also, the details are important as UI, list of functions and permissions; complete the course and do all lab exercises is very helpful. Do not forget the note section!
