    Hi,

    Had just received another question from a customer. They want to know why it is not possible to download a Social Media interaction (i.e.: Facebook Direct messaging) as they do normally with the recorded voice interactions.
    Is there any way to achieve the message downloading?

    @Katie Ritz or @Lesley Vereen can give better information, but as far as I know the only recordings directly available for download are calls.

    Technically there is probably a convoluted way to pull all the messages for a conversation from the API, but it would not be easy to automate.​​​
