    Is there a way to require a wrap up code to be selected before closing an interaction? Maybe something that is either system-wide or even per-queue? Having a wrap up code is very useful to our reporting so when agents forget it can create a bit of cleanup work or we have to just ignore interactions where one was not selected.

    There is an option in queue to add the wrap up code and specify the type of after call work as shown in below screenshots.
