  • 1.  reschedule/optimise break/lunches (removes them)

    Hi,

    Anybody notice this happening more often when optimising breaks/lunches? completely removing them. Why would any of the options remove the break/lunches in schedules?

    Hi @Mike Corley

    Check the schedule audit history on those teammates and you might find that they had cancelled their time off. When running the optimizer, it also runs the time off synchronization. That's my experience at least. .

    Hi Mike, 

    to fully understand what might be causing this could you raise a care ticket?

    One of the team will be able to help troubleshoot this with you and assess whether this is an issue with the configuration or rescheduling process.
