  • 1.  Resource Center missing search bar

    Hi all,

    I noticed recently that the Resource Center's search bar has disappeared.  I'm currently using MS Edge.  I've cleared cache/cookies, tried private window and even tried using a search shortcut via the address bar and nothing seems to work.  I've verified this with some colleagues too and it doesn't appear for them.  I don't have an alternate browser to try/use as we're enforced to use Edge.  I used Safari on my Mobile and works fine.

    Just wondering if any other Edge users are experiencing the same issue?

    Hello Robert,

    That's very odd. I just checked and the search bar shows up just fine for me using Edge, as well as all of the other browsers that I use. 

    This sounds like there is something within your environment that is not allowing the search bar to load properly.

    Hi Jason!

    It is actually not that odd, because there was more affected people. In my company we use either Google Chrome or MS Edge and were experiencing said problem in both for few weeks. This was affecting everyone in my team - which was 9 people. We  also did every commonsensical troubleshooting steps such as clearing history, cookies, site data, form data, every clearable thong in both browsers, rebooting PCs, all to no avail.

    Today I started to describe our case here, went to the Resource Center to take a screenshot and the search bar was there.

    So whatever the development team did and then undid, please do not touch it again! Our admins lives are better with this bar, please do not disappear it again

    For those who also experienced this issue, reach out to your IT team and have them isolate any Internet Security applications.  When we isolated ours, the search bar loaded.  Some businesses may have strict rules on accessing AI tools.

    This was happening to me as well since Monday, but today it is back to normal and search is there.
