Anyone notice that some help areas in the resource center have been updated?
Recently i went to re-read over the dialing modes for outbound and noticed an update that previously noted that you needed minimum of 10 agents to operate Power Mode now it states 15 agents.
I find this a significant change and quite possibly have some affect on how our org operates in this mode.
Where can I obtain more information about how many agents are required to effectively operate the dialing modes available?
