Hello Everyone - New to Genesys Cloud working in a demo environment and looking for some directional help. The goal is to trigger a REST API call upon an Agent in a Queue answering a call. How best to do this?
In the Cisco Finesse world we had to do this based on a trigger when the Phone Extension triggered an On Arrived event. Or is there a triggerable action that I am missing. The script editor would be ideal but I do not believe it can. It knows the Interaction State and once that equals "connected" can it trigger an action?

Answering my own question but this thread https://developer.genesys.cloud/forum/t/scipt-screenpop-after-the-interaction-has-been-connected/7613 was very useful. The other solution maybe to use Websocket notifications https://developer.genesys.cloud/notificationsalerts/notifications/ in case anyone sees this
