    Hi! On our Genesys Cloud instance, we plan to carry out customer demos from time-to-time. Once done, we would like to reset everything to base state (as just after activation of the Genesys Cloud Account). Is there a way to do it?

    CX as Code is exactly the tool you need.  It can keep base configurations or sync between orgs.  It was developed originally to allow companies to migrate between development, test, and production environments, but it would just as well your use case.
