From the UI, participant data can be pulled from an interactions view export. Run a search for your target conversation so that it returns in the search results. Select the export option in the upper right hand side. Open the advanced options menu and select the "Include Custom Attributes" option.

Hi all,
We have a call recording policy that archives calls after 60 days. We collect some participant data in the IVR but once the call archives that data is deleted. I'm wondering if there is a way to restore the participant data if we have to restore a call. TIA
