Hi all,
not sure if this is possible, but is it to prevent a customers data to be stored anywhere on Cloud based on the customers ANI?

Hi Reginald,

I'm not sure if its possible to prevent but with Genesys Cloud API base on customers ANI its possible to delete data like call recordings, conversation attributes.
Except of conversation I can't find any API to delete conversation itself.
