The Restrict Domain Access is only on domain level so it can't be used for specific pages so you would need to do this using the Messanger Javascript SDK to show and hade the chat depending on page.
It also depends on why you want to do this, I had a similar request where the customers checkout page provider didn't allow iframes on the checkout page.
The issue with the Javacript SDK is that even if you hide the chat on that page, technically the iframe i still there, it's just hidden from view.
