  • 1.  Restrict Screen Recordings to 50% of calls

    Hi there,

    Looking through Quality Admin Policies I don't see a way to limit screen recording to say only 50% of calls. I know in GIR you can set this on the recording client. Is this possible in Purecloud?

    On this page https://help.mypurecloud.com/articles/storage-calculator/ it mentions the % of calls with screen recording so I imagine there must be a way?

    No, there is no way to designate a % of calls to do a screen recording on. 

    The article you linked is just asking you to guess what % of recordings will be retained based on the Policy settings. It's not real clear on that, but there's not much of another way to state it.
