Is there a way to restrict users with supervisor permissions from viewing and monitoring queues that are not their responsibility. A supervisor can go to Performance Interactions and see all interactions and monitor from queues that they are not responsible for. I know we can create Divisions but within a division be able to create a greater granularity in restricting what an supervisor can see and monitor. Thanks.
