  • 1.  Retain Phone/WebRTC settings when using SalesForce client

    Hello,

    Some agents have noted that their phone settings are being modified/deleted when they clear browser history. Causing them to potentially miss calls until they realize the error and correct it.

    Is there a way to retain these settings even during a browser cleaning? Are they stored in a cookie or something else that we can configure to remain during cleanings?
