    Hello 

    In our org we have set an policy that Archive recordings after 30 days and delete them after 300 days, But If i want to listen or download the recording which is archived where can i find ?

    Open the Interaction up from the Interactions view, the same as if you were going to listen to one that hasn't been archived. At the top, where the recording usually shows, there will be a notice saying the recording has been archived, and a button to restore the recording. (That button presents a menu to allow you to select how long to keep the restores recording.) Once selected, you have to wait a few hours for the restore to complete.
