  • 1.  Retreiving paramers coming with a calling number

    Hi Team,

    We have a requirement , in which with a dial out to contact center number , there will be DTMF string will be passed . Can you please suggest how to retreive that string into out inbound flows. And how to configure a DTMF string to be passed with a outdial number.

    Logging in to the Genesys Knowledge Network (GKN) should give you access to the Product Ideas Lab where those links that Robert shared reside. Credentials for GKN should be the same as the one you use here in the Community.
