    I'm trying to retrieve agent performance statistics using the developer API. which API can be used? What data format will the API return, and what are the fields included

    We've developed a data integration application that sources information from two distinct APIs.
    The first API (/api/v2/analytics/users/aggregates/query) provides employee-related data such as breaks and attendance.
    The second API
    )/api/v2/analytics/conversations/aggregates/query (provides call-specific metrics, including call volume and duration.
    Our application processes this consolidated data to offer flexible reporting by various time intervals, such as days, weeks, and months.

    Hi @Anna Mazor, we are already using API integration to pull some other reports. I am just unable to find out which link would provide us Agent Performance stats, as there are many of them. If you can please just provide me the API link and I think we will be able to find out the rest of the details.
