Here is the api to use which sends email in an agentless manner. You have to use an email domain which supports agentless. /api/v2/conversations/emails/agentless
Here is a data action you can use to send the email from the architect flow. Agentless-Email-Single-Recipient-2024011784422.custom.json|attachment (1.8 KB)

Have you using an HTML Formatted with use of a table for alignment?

I do this in my expression
append("Caller: ",Flow.textedelemail + "\n" "DATE and Time:",Flow.Dateandtime)
but when I send my mail it doesn't come back to the line
