    Hello all,

    We're trying to retrieve a missed call list pointing to https://api.mypurecloud.ie/api/v2/analytics/conversations/details/query, but we are receiving error 500s.

    Is it the right API to do this?

    No replies, thread closed.

    500 errors are usually because you don't have a JSON package being sent.  Make sure the payload is in JSON format.
