Hello,
For reporting purposes, we want to know the conversations in which an agent created a scheduled callback. The problem is that we are having troubles making the link between the conversations and the related callback conversations if any.
In conversation details API, we could not find any link that could lead us to a call back conversation. Did someone succeeded in doing the same thing ? If so, which API are you using ?
