We have a client that wants to provide the IVR (as they do with other suppliers) and have us return a busy signal (SIP 486 Busy Here, or SIP 600 Busy Everywhere) if no agents are immediately available to handle it. They would then keep the call in queue (or redirect it) and retry after a short period of time.
I didn't find any documentation how to setup an in-queue flow to return a busy response (or any other response). Is this possible in PureCloud?
