    We're excited to share that we're close to releasing support for reusing the same email domain across multiple orgs in Genesys Cloud! 🎉

    Today, domains (IMAP, SMTP, MS Graph) can only be used once across orgs, which is not ideal for large customers running multi-brand or multi-region operations. With this update, you'll be able to reuse the same domain name across different orgs - giving you more flexibility, easier onboarding, and better brand consistency.

    A couple of notes up front:

    ·       This does not change current behavior within a single org - domains still can't be reused inside the same org.

    ·       Email routes (addresses) remain unique to an org (no sharing routes across orgs).

    ·       SES domains are not part of this enhancement.

    This work is nearing completion, and we'll share more details on the GA date as we finish up with the remaining tasks to get this ready for release and get closer to obtaining release approval.

    do we have any option to enable beta of this feature in our dev account ?

    Hi @Hanumantha Rao, we are in the final stages of completion and expect to GA this by mid-October or so. I will be updating the date once I am able to confirm. I believe there have been some enquiries for a beta from your org. I will reach out to you on that. Thank you!
