I have searched through the community, but haven't found anyone talking about the exact situation I'm testing. I have both intents and knowledge articles that are exposed via an Ask For Intent operation in a bot flow. I have a messenger deployment pointed at that bot flow. When I type my question, the bot responds with the correct knowledge article, but the images in the article come through as links instead of embedded images. I'd provide a screenshot, but I can't seem to upload a screenshot or an attachment to this message.
If I choose the option to 'Enable the Knowledge App within the Messenger Homescreen' in the messenger configuration, then the images work when I enter my question in the 'What are you looking for?' box within messenger. That interface is clunkier, though. I'd rather just be able to get the answers to questions right in the bot conversation.
Do I have something configured wrong? Is this just not working yet? I know that exposing knowledge articles along with the intents is a fairly new feature.
