I received a customer's consult about to change digital channel's alert ringtones. They want to put a cutomized one to all agents, so I ask:

Is this possible to change? Is there an App Foundry to buy?

I don't think there's currently a way to customize the alert sound for digital channel notifications in Genesys Cloud. We submitted a similar idea a while ago, but the feedback at the time was that it wouldn't be implemented due to complexity. Below is the link to the idea:

If anyone knows of an AppFoundry product that supports this today, would be great to hear their thoughts as well.
