    Could someone point me to a roadmap about Genesys making the GC configuration objects division aware? Does this exists at all?

    Yes, there are a few items there, like the skills, DIDs, evaluations and survey forms. Most probably Genesys does not plan to make other config objects division aware in the foreseeable future then.
