Roster cards are getting a visual refresh as part of our ongoing work to modernize the Agent Workspace.
What's changing
This is a UI-only update, so no functionality is changing. How you work with interactions stays exactly the same.
The new design focuses on:
- Stronger visual hierarchy so the most important information stands out faster
- Better contrast and readability - no more squinting at low-contrast text during a long session
- Cleaner grouping of interaction details and actions
- Consistent spacing, typography, and component usage across the Agent Workspace
The before/after screenshots below show the key layout differences.
Why this matters
Beyond the visual improvements, this update also sets up dark mode and high contrast theme support, which are coming later. It also builds a more flexible foundation for new workflows.
These are early designs and may change before final release. We'll share target dates and more details soon, drop any questions below in the meantime.
