Hello,
I have a Sequence of two Outbound Campaigns, each Campaign having calling lists with only one number each. Is there a way to configure a rule that if the call is answered by a real Person in Campaign 1, Campaign 2 is stopped? I have made a rule on Campaign 1, that if the call is answered by a Person, it triggers a DataAction to clear the contact list of Campaign 2 but it's not working. I assume you cannot clear the ContactList while the campaign is running or it is a racing condition. Anyway it's not working like this.
Any other ideas?
