    Hi everyone,

A few days ago, I watched a course about Rule‑Based Decisions and found it interesting. The issue I'm having is that I don't see the option in my Genesys environment - neither the menu nor anything in Architect. I'm not sure if a specific license or something like that is required. I do have Master Admin permissions.

    Regards

    Hello Cesar,

With the Master Admin role, you should have access to this however I would make sure that you have the BusinessRulesSchema View, Add, Edit, and Delete permissions. I would recommend starting here and creating a rules schema, decision table, and then you should be able to add that to an Architect flow.

    Hi Cesar, good Day

I found the following on resource center - https://help.genesys.cloud/articles/rule-based-decision-pricing/

    https://help.genesys.cloud/articles/rule-based-decisions-overview/

Rules-based decisions feature must be purchased via AppFoundry

    Hi Cesar,

I think Rule-Based Decisions is not available by default in Genesys Cloud, even if you have Master Admin access.

It's actually delivered as an AppFoundry integration, so you'll need to install it first in your org.

    You can find it here:

    One additional comment...
This feature is good, you just have to be careful not to make it too expensive.

There's a limit of 50,000 decisions and exceeding that will incur charges.

So, depending on your use case, use architect can be better

Thanks everyone for your responses. It's a good feature, but I'm not as keen on it anymore since it would be quite expensive. I'll keep using Architect
