  • 1.  Run report failed ''Queue Wrapup Summary Report"

    Hello,

    I tried to run a report under : Reports/Report Editor, then select ''Queue Wrapup Summary Report", but it is always failed
    On the Report Status colomn, I see that it is failed

    I tried for different interval (1 day, 1 week, 1 mounth....etc)

    Please any help on this ?

    Sorry your report is failing - have you tried to contact support to troubleshoot the issue?  Maybe start with a single queue for a single day and see if you can get that to run properly.

    Hi Darlene,

    I see (from experience and from different threads) that this may be an intermittent issue, and somewhat unrelated to the number of filters or variables. I've seen this happen to reports with one user, for one day, and for one queue. Similarly, it occurs with manual runs (not always with scheduled reports). We can certainly reach out to support every time we get failed reports, but it would be helpful to make the troubleshooting article a bit more robust (https://help.mypurecloud.com/articles/troubleshoot-reports/). Are there any other steps we can take to avoid failed reports?

    Hello-

     

    Without looking into your specific failure it's hard for me to say the reason, but it's typically due to requesting too much data so limiting either the number of filters that you request or the timeframe that you are requesting would be my advice.
