Our organization uses Genesys Cloud for our local services; however, we also use a different Genesys Cloud based platform for our national services. Curious if you've had agents run multiple genesys systems at the same time? If so, do you know how to prevent one timing out? Or do you know how to ensure calls/alerts are not missed due to toggling between tabs? Thanks in advance!
