In doing some testing it looks like the metadata (json) file created by the policy based exports contains more data that the file generated by the bulk export APIs. Is that correct? Is there some way to select additional data to be included in the metadata file that is sent along with the exported audio file to S3?

The format of the metadata export isn't configurable. You can request new features and share your use case at https://genesyscloud.ideas.aha.io/.

Thanks Tim, it would be nice if the documentation explained that the metadata file is different in both scenarios without having to dive underneath to see why :) I have raised a separate idea request. We'd been working off the policy export file as the example file which is what was sent to a customer.
