Genesys Cloud - Developer Community!

Hello,
We are using Genesys CX with salesforce campaign management. We use always running campaigns and need to add a new contact list column. I have been told to add a new I would need to create new campaigns to get it to sync to Genesys. Is there any way to do this without creating new campaigns? This seems like something that I should be able to do without going through the process of creating all new campaigns.
