we have a fairly unique use with how we run our campaigns in Salesforce.
We want to have Genesys handle all our campaigns from salesforce using outbound diallers.
We have around 100+ campaigns based on regions in Australia and the type of campaigns they are, it also runs at any given time (it can be less or more),
We also usually have one sales agent (sometimes two) in each of these campaigns, the reason for this is the agent is specialised for that type of campaign and region.
From time to time our sales managers and marketing team will take agents off the campaign and add someone else instead.
From what I have seen and setup in our sandbox environment, when we create a campaign in salesforce it creates a Genesys campaign which is all fine, but it also is allocated to one queue.
Any suggestions on how we can handle this? what is the best approach?
